Upgraded only 2 lvl11 walls today (6mil total resources)

Had some excess loot after upgrading walls because no more lvl9 walls to upgrade 😦 I think it would be ok to have 2 day gaps between builders so I don’t need to plan builders as much.

Minimal loot loss, no DE loss. I am really not sure what is the point of building defenses here, I’m defending better on this account compared to my TH11 account:

My TH11 just gets wrecked regardless of defense levels, can anyone tell me what’s the point of upgrading defenses? The only reason I can think of is to keep builders busy and spend excess gold
