This account is much slower in terms of progress but I maxed heroes about 3-4 weeks ago. Here’s my base:

16 walls to go, no rush here. I wish SC released all the walls at once so that I can slowly chip away at them. I would also switch to barch if that was the case because elixir is actually useful. Right now, elixir doesn’t need to be “farmed”, even my collectors are enough to keep my lab busy.
