Journal (TH9 day 65)
Finished lvl8 collectors and now working on lvl9. Collectors > defenses because:
- The amount of loot saved by upgrading defenses is not noticable
- The amount of loot saved by upgrading defenses is not constant
- You increase collector loot more than the loot saved by maxed defenses.
Having non-maxed defenses mean I’ll lose 280-350k each per defense. Having maxed defenses only cuts it down to 210-280k at best. It takes only 2 months to max collectors with 2 builders, but it can take 3-5 months to max defenses with 4 builders. Increasing collector loot is faster and more profitable both in the short run and long term.
Attack log:
Bad example of how gob knife is used, mostly attacking collector raids. Verdict quite bad right now as gob knife doesn’t get more DE per raid than gibarch, nor does it cost less than gibarch, it costs much more in fact and trains longer.
Defense log:
Having weak defenses mean that weak people attack me. Notice that in 2 day’s time I have never lost my DE tank despite having TH5 level defenses. Weak defenses = weak attackers = more loot saved. My TH10 is losing far more loot than this
