Average = 314.8k gold, 314.8k elixir, 1977 DE per raid
Loot bonus: assume I get 80% bonus for all raids = 17000 * 0.8 = 14.6k

My TH9 is getting (after factoring loot bonus and ignoring cost) 15% less gold, 15% less elixir and 40% less DE per raid, every single raid. This is the real loot penalty in the game, staying in lower TH and gaining less loot per raid. Basically, every raid I’m doing today is a self-inflicted 15% loot penalty for gold and elixir as well as a 40% loot penalty towards DE. And that is not even factoring the costs of the raids! This account is using mainly gibarch and many spells are used when hitting the most loaded bases, whereas my TH10 is using only barch and occasional zap spells which costs significantly less than my TH9 gibarch.
This is the main reason why you rush, because loot is better in higher TH levels. Loot penalty is a myth, the only loot penalty that exists in the game is self inflicted penalty by not upgrading earlier
