TH9 Max Levels List – Clash of Clans
TH9 offers multiple upgrades for buildings, troops, spells, and heroes. This article will document the maximum levels these elements can reach.
Max Hero Levels at TH9
The Barbarian King and Archer Queen can reach a maximum level of 30 at TH9 while the Minion Prince can go up to level 10.
The Minion Prince is unlocked at TH9 by upgrading the Hero Hall to level 3, and he receives his first 10 upgrade levels at this Town Hall.
Meanwhile, the Barbarian King gets 10 new upgrade levels, going from level 20 to 30, and the Archer Queen gains 20 new levels, moving from level 10 to 30.

Most of the buildings receive a single upgrade at TH9, with the exception being the Dark Barracks, Dark Spell Factory, Dark Elixir Storage, Dark Elixir Drill, X-Bow, and Walls.
The X-Bow is unlocked at TH9 and can be upgraded to level 3. Additionally, Walls receive two new levels at this Town Hall.

You can upgrade the Blacksmith to level 2 at TH9, which unlocks the Giant Arrow. However, this upgrade won’t provide any new upgrade levels for your hero equipment. Hero equipment retains the same level cap at TH9 as it had at TH8.
