Usually there really isn’t any mid phase of TH10 because you should have completed most of the collectors in TH9. But for people like me, I progress too fast so I used this time frame to catch up on collectors while I work on AQ and barracks as well.

I self define this time frames as the time where I do my collectors, barracks and max my archer queen.
Once I maxed my AQ, I considered myself to be graduated from mid TH10 level and onwards to late TH10 level, where I mostly only had defenses to do and BK to catch up.
